Dubai, UAE, 03 August 2020 – Homegrown F&B experts, Gates Hospitality, has added to their culinary team with the appointment of a head chef, Gerard Brack, at their Trump International Golf Club Dubai location, Stoke House. Following a move from Wimbledon Tennis Club, UK, where he held the title of area chef, Brack is responsible for all food & beverage related operations, with the support of his team.
“We need a strong player to oversee the kitchen at this high-volume site and Gerard is the perfect candidate for this. As we move into the summer one of Gerard’s first projects will be to refresh the current menu according the seasonality and bring something different to current food offering” comments Naim Maadad, Chief Executive Office, Gates Hospitality.
Responsibilities: Menu development, staff training, supervising kitchen staff, budgets and costing and implementation of food safety
