Inspired by the flavours and colors of Fall, Couqley French Bistro & Bar has introduced a variety of appetizers and mains that will take your taste buds on a transitional journey this season. The new menu items take inspiration from preloved dishes and push the boundaries with some new ones that have been especially designed for the end of the year.
Couqley French Bistro’s Fall Specials currently include the following dishes:
- King Crab Avocado Roll - AED 99: Fresh king crab and cucumber seasoned with lemon, wasabi, chives and dill rolled into thin slices of avocado, served with a mild horseradish-mayo and Rocca purée.
- Santa Maria Steak - AED 137: Tender 330 grams of black Angus Santa Maria steak topped with melting rosemary truffle butter and a delicious side of darphin potatoes.
- Wild Mushroom Risotto with Foie Gras - AED 149: Creamy risotto cooked with morels, black trumpet and oysters mushrooms accompanied by a mouthwatering pan-seared duck foie gras on a crispy brioche.
- Tuna Tataki Salad - AED 79: Couqley’s version of Niçoise salad made with smoky tuna tataki, crunchy green beans, unctuous potatoes, and market greens with black olives tapenade vinaigrette.
The Fall menu is available at Couqley now, the perfect opportunity to enjoy end of year season by taking a friend or loved one out to enjoy a memorable meal. The menu will be available until November, 30th so it can be enjoyed as many times as the heart desires.
