RAS AL KHAIMAH, UAE – October 2019 – Hilton Al Hamra Beach and Golf Resort has appointed Paolo Rellini to the position of Food & Beverage Manager. Paolo will oversee the resorts four popular restaurants as well as all in-room and event services.
Paolo joins the Hilton Al Hamra Beach and Golf Resort team with over 17 years of hospitality experience. With an extensive tenure with the internationally renowned Princess Cruises, Paolo has worked around the globe offering world-class service to guests in a variety of roles including Customer Service & Revenue Director. Paolo’s understanding of all levels of hospitality operation and his consistent record of maximising profit while maintaining quality standards, will be an asset to the Hilton Al Hamra team.
