With more than three decades of regional and international experience, Mehdi Serrour brings progressive methods in leadership and a pragmatic approach to client relationships with strong and proven results operating international luxury resorts across Europe, Asia, Australia and the United States of America. He has been mandated with the task of strengthening the iconic ultra-all-inclusive property, enhancing its brand distinctiveness and directing operations, marketing, sales and administrative functions of the resort.
A sports and entertainment enthusiast, Mehdi Serrour began his career in Bermuda where he worked as a tennis instructor for both children and adults. While pursuing his degree in Pennsylvania in the United States of America, he dabbled with several part time jobs including waitering at a restaurant during the day and enjoyed a secretarial role by night. He caught his first break with Club Med in Malaysia, where he went on to clinch the General Manager role by the age of 24, and then rose to the Vice President position by 29. During his 10 year tenure with Club Med, Serrour worked in Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Italy and France.
He then made his move back to the United States of America, where he spent nearly two decades working with hospitality giants such as Accor Hotels and Shangri La. A performance driven individual who has set a standard for service excellence, Mehdi Serrour has successfully opened, rebranded, and upgraded numerous five-star properties as General Manager, all in competitive and challenging environments.
