Bringing combined decades of luxury hospitality experience to the resort, Baoase has welcomed Anthony Brandford as its new Resort Manager and Kiran Krishnan as its Food & Beverage Director. The dynamic pair join Curaçao’s only luxury resort as it embarks on an exciting new chapter as the region’s leading bespoke retreat and one of the world’s most acclaimed boutique hotels.
As Baoase’s Resort Manager, Anthony Bradford brings a wealth of resort operations knowledge and a proven track record over the last two decades leading luxury properties across the United States and the Caribbean. Originally from Louisiana, Anthony has built a career centered around creating exceptional guest experiences and managing teams to operational excellence within premium hospitality environments. Having established his expertise working at properties such as Cap Juluca, Four Seasons Resort Nevis and St. Kitts, amongst other world-renowned hotels and resorts, Branford has become known for his hands-on leadership style and passion for personalized service. With his teamwork-focused approach and commitment to excellence, Anthony is charged with the oversight of Baoase’s daily operations, supporting the resort’s continued evolution while preserving the exceptional level of service that has placed it among the Caribbean’s most celebrated destinations.
Bringing over ten years of luxury hospitality experience working across the Caribbean, India, and the Middle East, Kiran Krishnan has assumed charge of the resort’s culinary operations as its new Food & Beverage Director. Having started his career at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, Krishnan spent nearly a decade refining his expertise in fine dining and luxury guest experiences before joining the opening team of The Ritz-Carlton Pune in India. He returned to the Caribbean upon accepting a role with Jade Mountain Resort in Saint Lucia, where he grew to become the property’s Executive Assistant Manager, overseeing the resort’s Food & Beverage operations. Most recently, he served as the Director of Food & Beverage of Round Hill Hotel and Villas in Jamaica, focusing on elevating guest experiences through innovative dining concepts, operational excellence and personalized service. Upon assuming his role at Baoase, Krishnan has brought his collaborative leadership style and attention to detail to the resort’s already world-class food & beverage team. He will oversee the operations of its concepts with the goal of further strengthening the resort’s reputation for exceptional cuisine and curated, intimate hospitality.
