The first week begins with Retreat Day, featuring Sunset Yoga, a Sadhu Board experience, and Sound Healing by the sea, offering a restorative start to the month. Week two introduces the Aqua Circuit, combining boxing, cycling, and aqua jumping for a powerful full-body burn. In week three, participants can challenge themselves with CrossFit followed by a restorative Ice Bath, designed to strengthen and reset the body. Finally, the month concludes in week four with Aqua Synergy, a session dedicated to balance, endurance, and flow through functional training and aqua fitmat exercises.
