A significant milestone in Taisia's career occurred during the 2022 FIFA World Cup when Souq Al Wakra Hotel Qatar by Tivoli was chosen as the England Football Association (FA) base camp. Under Taisia's guidance, the People and Culture department underwent 15 audits from various firms, including the Qatar Supreme Committee. It achieved high scores on each, resulting in certifications such as ISO, Elevate, and Impactt. Notably, Taisia's efforts led to a remarkable improvement in Ethical Recruitment Compliance, increasing the score from 59% to an impressive 90%.

Taisia's commitment to excellence is evident in the outstanding performance of her department. The People and Culture team at Souq Al Wakra Hotel Qatar by Tivoli consistently surpasses its annual key performance indicator goals, achieving twice the target for learning hours and demonstrating a 22% promotion rate for 25 team members and a 30% internal transfer rate. Her initiatives to maintain positive engagement with team members, such as forming a team members' committee and organizing special events and celebrations, have been highly successful and received positive feedback in the hotel's most recent employee survey, with a total score of 91%.
