The Republic Day menu showcases much adored delights from Delhi in the North to Kerala in the South, touching on coastal dishes from the Konkan region and West Bengal.
Highlights from the menu include traditional and irresistible Paani Puri followed by Karwari Prawn - fried prawns served with herbed semolina and curry leaves. Mains include the Hyderabadi Dum ka Murgh - succulent chicken served with a brown onion, cashew nut and saffron gravy. A North Indian favourite, diners can also enjoy the classic Dal Makhani served Bombay Brasserie Style - flawlessly spiced slow-cooked black lentils, served with rice, tandoori breads & raita. Sweeten the experience with a selection of desserts, including the signature Nolen Gur Ice Cream, made of natural healthy sugar followed by Malai Chamcham and Kacha Golas.
