Association of Hospitality Professionals Welfare (India) is organizing Hospitality Leaders meet at S.K. Mukherji Stadium, Panjim, Goa on 21st September 2022 from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

Almost 800 Executive Members of the association came from across India to support the industry after Covid -19 pandemic says Pradeep K. Chandel - Founder Chairman National President - of AHPWI.

After a gap of 2 and half years, this is the biggest meeting in the Western India Chapter supported by AHPWI in Goa.

• It was a very tough time for the Hospitality industry to survive during the pandemic period. The AHPWI team has worked very hard during Covid-19 to support the people at large across India. We have distributed food packets, medical kits and rooms, and other facilities to needy people pan India.
• Pradeep Kumar Chandel has started Hospitality Ki PaathShala along with MR. Sudhir Andros to educate 50,000 students in the coming years. He wants to uplift the boys and girls from Villages by providing them with online and offline education.
• Food stalls, Chef Competition Panel Discussion, Why Hotel Management courses losing their charm? This will be the topic of the main agenda of the meeting today.

As far as luxury Hotels are concerned the first Hotel of Taj Group came to Mumbai in 1902. Later Oberois, ITC other Hotel Management brands came to India. My focus is on our unorganized sector 2/ 3/ 4-star Hotels small lodges, Restaurants, Catering Bars street food at Pan India.

Almost 5.5 crores of hotel managers workers are directly working for the Hospitality Tourism industry in India. Approximately about 18 to 20 Crores are dependent family members.

But whether we are happy with our facilities, policies support of government. It's big question??

Association, Government of India, and State Government should focus seriously on these issues. We also want Hospitality leaders to be appointed to Tourism Advisory Board. With their experience and expertise in the subject, they will be in a better position to guide the government and policymakers to execute it better.

This program is organized by the World of Hospitality and AHPWI is working towards its success of it.
