Starting from Le Meridien in Syria, Chef Ehab have landed in UAE in 2009 to start his career with Rotana Hotelsand Resorts in Hala Arjaan by Rotana Abu Dhabi as an Oriental Chef, with his dedication and passion in food he continues to grow his career and moved to Centro Al Manhal, Al Ain Rotana, and Centro Capital Centre Abu Dhabi.
During his journey he opened a variety of outlets in Dubai which is specialized in different cuisines from International to Mediterranean and Far Eastern to land lately at Centro Sharjah.
Executive Chef Ehab never compromises on the quality, his expertise in catering and private events will lead the team to continue in offering the best in catering and events at the hotel. He promises to offer Centro's guests the best quality, taste, and varieties to meet all tastes.
