The experience begins with classic selection of sashimi and sushi rolls, Oscietra Imperial Caviar, Fresh Shucked Oyster, Miso Black Cod, and Tōgarashi Potato Fries. As the stunning skyline takes centerstage to your evening, dig into Zeta Seventy Sevens signature Kagoshima Wagyu Beef. The dinner ends with a delicious Japanese cheesecake served with peach and pepper sorbet or sliced exotic fruits.
