Dubai's Favourite Indian Bistro: #Farzified Weekend Brunch is Back!

Full of spicy summer surprises Farzi Cafés mix and match weekend brunch menu is back and styled best with a shopping spree,

Back in full swing for summer, the talented chefs from the House of Jiggs Kalra's Farzi Cafe have created a moreish brunch menu that melds flavours from all over the world, from comforting Indian dishes remembered from childhood to tastes of the Far East.

Available every Friday and Saturday at both Farzi Cafe venues at City Walk and Mall of Emirates, the brunch menu designed by Executive Chef Pradeep Negi is best served after a morning working up an appetite shopping with friends and family. Taking guests on a whistle stop tour of modern Indian tastes, with the occasional joy ride through Europe and beyond, each dish offers a tasty chance for city residents to sample something different this summer. Priced at a highly competitive AED 129 per person, the alcohol-free brunch is broken down into a choice of five sharing plates, one bun or burger, two sides, one dessert and a two Banta sodas or chai.

Starting with seasonal sharing dishes such as Spinach Asparagusand Water Chestnut Pocket Paratha, tasty and fresh green filled tortilla parcels. Vibrant all-time Farzi favourite cooling Pomelo and Melon Chaat with frozen berry yoghurt - bringing some table drama. As well as not to be missed meat lovers Guntur Chilli Chicken wok tossed with curry leaves, garlic and pepper and flavour-filled kebabs made with minced mutton served with a tamatar chutney.

Sharing plates can be washed down with a selection of sides from oozing Mac N' Cheese, Wild Garlic Mash Potato to crisp Khandvi Greens Salad. Teamed with a Bao Pao plate per guest, including serious stand outs, from two veg-tastic options of pan tossed chilli paneer served in steamed bao and Tiffin Potato Burger, a potato patty filled grilled bao. To a melt-in-your-mouth sunshine yellow butter chicken stuffed fluffy bao.

Finishing on a high, brunch goers can enjoy a sweet treat trio to share from Gulab Jamun Rabri, to feather light saffron makhan malai with a candied nut crumble and the #Farzified berry pancakes with milk cream and spice berry infused compote.

The #Farzified Brunch Menu will be available at both Farzi Caf locations in City Walk and Mall of Emirates on Friday and Saturdays 1pm 5pm
