Abu Dhabi, 1st April 2021: In addition to the diverse range of Emirati offerings across the buffet, the Easter special lunch will feature culinary favourites from around the world, like loaves of Zopf bread a Swiss Easter treat and fluffy mini hot-cross buns fresh from the oven. The salad bar will showcase classic deviled eggs, pear and blue cheese salad along with air-dried beef carpaccio with artichoke, tomato confit and quail eggs, amongst others. For mains, guests can indulge in a live carving station that features salt-crusted whole chicken with root grilled vegetables or a traditionally stuffed leg of lamb served with roasted sweet potatoes. Other highlights include stuffed pigeon with freekeh and nuts and honey butter duck confit with braised fennel. The dessert station will offer a selection of Easter goodies alongside international and Arabic sweets.
There will also be an array of activities for the little ones to keep the Easter fun going throughout the day, including an Easter egg hunt, cupcake decoration guided by the chefs, egg colouring and more.
The Easter lunch is priced at AED 195 per person, including soft beverages and water. Children between the age of 6 and 12 are eligible for a 50% discount whilst kids below 6 dine for free.
