Chef Daniel Boulud Enters Dubai Restaurant Week 2021 With Two Tantalising Menus

The signature French flair for guests to indulge in from 25th March until 10th April 2021.

Brasserie Boulud, offering gastronomie francaise at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk conceptualized by celebrity chef Daniel Boulud, joins a selection of the city's finest restaurants in Dubai Restaurant Week 2021 for the first time. From 25th March until 10th April 2021, the restaurant lends its signature French flair to a beautifully crafted lunch and dinner set menu for guests to indulge in.

Guests can enjoy a two-course lunch set menu priced at AED 125 and an indulgent three-course dinner set menu priced at AED 250 showcasing contemporary French cuisine, rooted in tradition. For the two-course lunch menu, guests can choose between a starter and a main course or a main course and dessert. Featuring Rillette De Canard (pulled duck terrine), Aubergine Aigre-douce (sweet sour eggplant), Loup de Mer Grill (grilled Mediterranean sea bass), the succulent Onglet De Boeuf Grill A LEchalotte (grilled hanger steak), Linguine aux Champignons (mushroom and parmesan linguine), Ile Flottante (floating Island) and Pain Perdu, the Signature French Toast, guests will be spoilt for choices.

The three-course dinner menu features an indulgent selection of starters, main-course and desserts. From sumptuous appetizers to choose from, such as Rillette De Saumon (smoked confit Salmon), Escargots De Bourgogne (Burgundy snails), Artichaut La Menthe (crispy fried artichoke), guests can enjoy mouth-watering mains such as Cuisse De Canard Confit (duck leg confit), Daurade En Papillotte (steamed sea bream), Onglet De Boeuf Grill A LEchalotte (grilled Hanger Steak) and Linguine aux Champignons (mushroom and parmesan linguine). End the culinary journey on a sweet note with Brasserie Bouluds signature Chocolate Fondant, or Tarte Fine La Poire Saffran (Thin Crispy Caramelized Puff Pastry with Fresh Pear, Pistachio and ice-cream).

Dubai Restaurant Week, hosted by the DTCM, showcases more than thirty of Dubais finest restaurants, offering specially created three-course dinner and two-course lunch menu over a seventeen-day period. The event presents the perfect opportunity for diners across the city to try restaurants and discover new cuisines and restaurants at an extremely competitive price.

Brasserie Boulud invites discerning diners to experience some of its signature dishes featured in this year's Dubai Restaurant Week, at lunch from 12.30 PM to 3 PM and dinner from 7 PM until midnight.

About Chef Daniel Boulud

Daniel Boulud is Chef-Owner of several award-winning restaurants and the Feast Ftes catering company. While he hails from outside Lyon, France, it is in New York that he has truly mastered the dining scene and is today considered one of Americas leading culinary authorities.
