Roda Hotels and Resorts Appoints Badr Zizi as Director of Sales and Marketing at Roda Al Murooj, Downtown Dubai

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 22 September 2019 - Roda Hotels & Resorts appoints Badr Zizi as the Director of Sales and Marketing of Roda Al Murooj.

With over 9 years’ experience, Badr’s distinguished background in the hospitality industry combined with an in-depth understanding of the market will ensure an impactful and a competitive approach to positioning the urban resort five-star hotel and its products. In his new role, Badr will oversee day-to day activations of Sales and Marketing, Events operations and spearhead the strategic direction of the 528 keys - 5-star hotel rooms, suites and luxury serviced apartments, 6 outlets, events venue spaces and leisure facilities.

Badr Zizi brings in a wealth of international and regional experience from various positions held at some of the top hospitality international brands in the world, including his latest role as the Deputy Director of Sales and Marketing at Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche. Zizi has developed his expertise and leadership skills across various international brands and pre-opening hotels. He began his career in 2010 with HUSA Hotels and W Barcelona, Spain, before he moved to Abu Dhabi for pre-openings of Westin and St. Regis Abu Dhabi in 2011, then to Rosewood, Abu Dhabi as part of pre-opening team in 2012 in charge Corporate and MICE strategy.
