A true feat of flavour and a seafood lovers must-try is the Sakane Nabe - featuring a sauteed fish selection in a bouillabaisse made of yellow chili, mussels and foie. The Dragonfly Maki boasts classic flavours with the essential 99 twist, served with crispy and flattered prawns drizzled with a spicy and creamy sauce. For a true gourmet experience, bite into the Tori Maki, soy marinated chicken with tangy mango vinaigrette and crisp rice wafer. Guaranteed to leave a smile on the faces of diners, the Toro Tartar is a must-have - fatty tuna belly served generously with caviar, along with soy sauce and wasabi to deliver a memorable contemporary delicacy.
