And U white fellow,
When U born,U pink
When U grow up,U white
When U go in sun,U red
When U cold,U blue
When U sick,U green
When U die,U grey and U

Dubai is the seventh most expensive city in the world, a study of 73 global cities based on the cost of 154 items including rent, food and services, Swiss-Bank UBS said in a report.
New York, Oslo, Geneva, Tokyo, Zurich and Copenhagen beat Dubai, the study showed. The only other Gulf country cities on the list were Doha and Manama.

Dubai's "significant debt burden" will prevent the emirate from taking part in a region-wide economic recovery next year and the city-state will not see positive growth until 2011 at the earliest, according to UBS economist Reinhard Cluse.
"When the rest of the world will recover, Dubai will not share in that recovery," Cluse told Maktoob Business in a recent interview.
"Asset prices in some areas in Dubai have to drop further. We can hope that next year will be a year of… Continue

As per Franklin Covey in his book 7 Habits of Highly Effective People:
Everyperson should make a list of all his priorities and then he should decide the importance of each priority in his life...then the sequence of list should be changed in such a way that the most important priority should come at first and the least important priority should come at the last. After that he should devote his time and efforts accordingly for each priority so that when he would be at the age of 60… Continue

It does not pay to be smart in the Middle East job market, with brainboxes being overlooked in favour of more hardworking employees, according to the results of a survey published on Sunday.
Just 6 percent of employers in the poll by online recruiter Bayt.Com agreed that the most intelligent employees are promoted fastest, while 30 percent said that those committed to their work are most likely to get promoted.
Nineteen percent of employers said leadership qualities are… Continue

Husband takes his wife to play her first game of golf..... Unfortunately, the wife promptly whacked her first shot right through the window of the biggest house adjacent to the course.
The husband cringed, 'I warned you to be careful! Now we'll have to go up there, find the owner, apologize and see how much your lousy drive is going to cost us.'
So the couple walked up to the house and knocked on the door. A warm voice said, 'Come on in.'
When they opened… Continue

Mirak Group, a UAE-based perishables distributor, is using fleet tracking technology to improve the behaviour of its drivers.
It has recently installed the Telargo Fleet Management System in a number of its vehicles to allow it to monitor what its drivers are doing at the wheel.

This will only be a minute, 60 seconds in it!
We live our lives in a hurry! Hurry to go to work and get there on time, hurry to get to the movies on time, hurry to serve our customers, hurry to kiss our children good night before they go bed...
Well, if you find yourself playing from that position, simply stop! Ask yourself, if I continue living my life that way, will I be on the path to something wonderful or mediocre?
If you are not happy with the results, simply make a… Continue

Discover the 90/10 Principle.
It will change your life (at least the way you react to situations).
What is this principle? 10% of life is made up of what happens to you. 90% of life is decided by how you react.
What does this mean? We really have no control over 10% of what happens to us.
We cannot stop the car from breaking down. The plane will be late arriving, which throws our whole schedule off. A driver may cut us off in traffic.
We have no… Continue
