Wow, regarding the poll/voting of the dream company.. It looks the results, at least so far, tell a lot about these companies.. so maybe the companies should invest more in their biggest asset: people.. in their training, in caring, in how they treat them, etc.. but some companies don't even care too much about the clients let alone the employees..
