u know dear deepa , it happens in every two 2 three years , here in dubai . bcoz of the contracting companies working with us . when they come they come 2gether , and when going also together . right . this is the phenominan that i had seen past 10 years. bcoz they r also humans . and need there betterment . u allways look in the managers point of view.
and 1 important thing is that if , 1 of u is good , u really dont want 2 struggle 4 retain the staff . bcoz , they will ask the oppertunity to work with u ,were ever u r
