- Habiby Sherif ,i hope u r doing fine , re.the salary scale in the gcc ,u r right it is all based on nationality .but it is the same also in egypt. when u have a gm from outside egypt ,he gets double more than the Egyptian and in hard currency .allthough we have great egyptian calibres in our field ,but they had left because of that ,i hope we see this changed in future.
