I have to submit a staff incentive plan based on my restaurant sales.Please give your valuable suggestion concerning...1. How we can create a reasonable incentive plan...For instance My budget for the month of Feb 2012 is Dhs. 700000.00. Above the budget i have to get a certain amount called target.
