In today’s world the sheer velocity and volatility of change and the volume of information organisations and individuals have to deal with on a daily basis mean that we will all fail at times. My role is to show you how to start using not only your successes, but also your failures to recognize and act on opportunities.
I work with individuals and SMEs/SMBs in the international hospitality industry.
I’m highly creative, passionate about communication, new media and the interactive world, and I have the curiosity to stay ahead of the game and to keep abreast of all the new buzz signs.
I am interested in many things and understand an eclectic mix of business, science, and art. I know people and how to communicate with them, but I also know how to make organisations work and extract the best profits for their many stakeholders.
Hospitality professionals call me to make them more innovative, or to polish and sharpen their image and to help them communicate better with their colleagues and guests.
SMEs/SMBs hire me to provide creative, out-of-the-box and value-for-money communication and PR solutions, or to assist them in dealing with data/information overload and to understand the importance of thinking holistically, i.e. how to integrate different communication solutions into ideas (PR, CRM, marketing, social media, business networks) and to look beyond the problem of big numbers – just because you have a lot of connections, guests, or website visitors, and you gather a lot of information about them, does not mean you are making as much money as you should.
I look at you or your business closely and analyze the way you communicate and deal with information. I’ll find out what makes you tick, what makes the people around you tick, and what it takes to make your customers, guests, and clients tick even more.
I create strategies and policies; I train; I copy-write; I listen. I organise things, solve problems, and give advice. I work on your or your organisation’s image; I fix perceptions (yours’, your employees’, your guests’); I bring people and projects together.

I am happy to give advice and time freely initially – you don’t need to buy a pig in a poke – but please remember: “Je suis un mercenaire - je travaille où et avec qui je veux.”, as they say in France, and mostly, I sell my time for a living.
I reserve the right to decline boring assignments - I need to be challenged and I need to be based internationally. I also expect to be very well paid.
