ATM Hafizullah said… I can not agree more than what you wrote. If you are in hospitality business , you need to give heart what you are doing , I mean not merely only hospitable rather giving a feeling. Most of the successful GM are guest oriented not business oriented only.

Hi Alan, the RM Worksheet is usefull, however we need to do a small correction on the formula in cell I12, it should be H12/D12 instead of I9/D12.

I was working with the MGM grand. As an Assistant restaurant manager.
Unfortunately had to return ,as was operated for appendix and hence couldn't sustain the expenses, so took the decision to come back home to India.
Miss Vegas a lot. Hope someday i can come back. Really want to.
