Where to . . . What Now? Waxing Philosophical About the Future

I can not agree more than what you wrote. If you are in hospitality business , you need to give heart what you are doing , I mean not merely only hospitable rather giving a feeling. Most of the successful GM are guest oriented not business oriented only.
