I am a highly experienced hotel and resort management professional with financial and operational management skills. I am adept at increasing profits, revenue, market share and human resource development; and at introducing customer service and guest satisfaction.

I started my professional career from Rooms Division Operations and then got promoted in Sales & Marketing Department where I managed all aspects of Sales and Marketing for the hotel in the allocated region/market, including devising and implementing sales strategies, forecasting and monitoring sales and establishing, developing and managing partnerships to ensure that the awareness of the hotel reaches the customers effectively. I have a tremendous amount of experience in developing a sales team to achieve the set targets. Also, I have ample pre-opening experience.

My background in the field of hospitality management has provided me with people and communication skills necessary to succeed in this competitive and fast-paced industry here in Pakistan. I am able to develop policy and procedures that increase sales, occupancy and revenue, negotiate contracts with corporate accounts and service providers and formulate effective strategic business plans. I have been recognized throughout my career to increase profit and sales.
