Dear Ladies and gentleman, I appriciate your camment for just a simple question. As far as i know An amuse bouche to be served after taking the food order and while the guest is waiting for the first couse and it will be out of the menu for free of charje.

 

you will get guest who are has differnt type of alagiries and vegitarian...so you must get to know the guest when taking the order, then the chef will out the Amuse bouche if there is no any alagiris or vegitarian...if there is such alagiries or vegitarian the chef will arrange an quick simpe amush bouche.

 

any wat it must serve after taking the food order and not after serving face towel.what ever we serve with drinks that is called canapees if i am not mistaken.
