My many years of "people management " have taught me that the first imperative is the need for employees to have a keen sense of ownership and, a keen sense of the integral part that their individual contributions play towards attainment of the company's overall objectives.

To my mind most of the virtues listed in your discourse will follow naturally .

Really gr8 ....One must see and analyse in any employee.....!!!

Well two important characteristics will be to learn and adopt the above said characteristics in his/her job for success..It will not only help in his/her professional life but in personal life as well.
