Hi All friends,

I am a Post Graduate in Human Resources management and Certified Hospitality Trainer from American Hotel & Lodging Institute with 15 years of learning in HR in hospitality industry.

I started my career with Historic Resorts and Hotels (HRH) group in Udaipur as management Trainee (HR) in 1993. After three years of steady learning, I joined Gemawat Resorts Limited in Bangalore. I was involved in the process of recruitment and training for the staff as well as administrative activities. In the year 2000, I joined Nirulas Cornar House Limited as Assistant Manager (P&A) and largely contributed my skills for standardising human resources management practices in the areas of hiring, retention, employee development, benefits and compliance with Indian Labour laws and regulations. In September 2001 , I got opportunity to work abroad with one of the renowned Hospitality organistion (Dadabhai group) of the Kingdom of Bahrain. I enhanced my ability to work with multinational and multicultural human environment. The organistion saw my interest towards Training and they gave me opportunity to be as a Training consultant with Hospitality Training institute (BIHR) of the group in the year 2004. In the year 2006, I joined Future Hotel Management in Bahrain as Head – HR. In addition to HR activities, I was given the responsibilities of implementation of ISO 9001 and 22000 in the group, which I performed successfully. In April 2008, I joined BBGM Bahrain, which is master franchisee for American brands like Fuddruckers, Caribou Coffee and Marble Slab Creamery. In a very short span of time we have opened 14 new restaurants in Bahrain and Dubai.

Best Wishes & Cheers!

I do like your experience in the training and development because its only idea in this field that we can eliminate the nonconfirmance and develop a sustainable culture of exellence in food safety. My ideas are also based in ISO9001 and ISO22000 and i do implement them. Its only in this two system that we can be able to deliever safe end products to our customer. I won't mind exchanging ideas in food safety practice to better our knowlege.Am based in central african with a cartering company working under the United Nations. Go go go and empower people with the word of knowedge. Regads.
