Find out what they value most and give it to them when they win a competitive contest. Example: let's say your sales team really likes their lunch hour, or getting home an hour early on Friday, or a particular place for lunch. They say they all make phone calls every day. the person who understands the most of their training or makes the most calls from monday to thursday gets an hour extra for friday's lunch, or gets to go home an hour early on friday, or gets a free lunch at their favorite place. you could do this once a month and make the prize a bit more valuable.

I am a freelance trainer for hotels and do cover sales training. If all you need is games, I can send them to you, or if you are looking for somebody to train the staff, I can do that as well.
