The article could apply to Miss as sell, however in my travels I have found that Miss hotel posses the talent, what they don't have is the passion for the industry. When I do the next Mr hotel seminars out of 30 attendees only 1or 2 are women. I will probably get some mail on that remark.  Thanks for the comments
