How to get an opening to a hospitality sector

Hey friends, I would like to discuss a matter regarding to find an opening in a hospitality sector. I'm an engineering graduate with 4 years experienced & a certified person in IT sector. But my experience is not with the hospitality sector. I want to move to this sector because I'm so much interested to work with this sector. I have tried a lot out here, but the only reply what I always got is " Your experience is not with the hospitality sector. so we cant proceed with your application ". So my great question is how can i find an opening in this sector.

Can anyone help with my situation ?
