Hope you must be aware with the small and tricky knowledge about the beverage buffet........i.e.its unlimited drinks which you have to make a limited choice menu in a very attractive price,happy hour which is one for one free,than include the price of couple of beer in your regular buffet,which guest can have a couple of beers free if they will go for food buffet.etc

My Pleasure and always keep in mind that implementing new ideas should not cost to company....with the usage of the limited source provided you have to do.and by the way have u come across with Mr.Raman Awasti any time as your old colleague?if you don't know any person named than its fine.

Well  you can organize weekly Cinama eveining and you can show them the  latest movies and that time you can upsell the beverages esily, This event much suits in the beach. And also Happy Hour as one of member mentioned earlier.

If there is any managment cocktails something like that, rather than extending the time, you can charge 50% or 100% as soon as your time is finish. In most hotels and resort they etend the time and guests are intoxicated for free.

Put a big screen with vizual music. Or DJ Out side, organaze some burger station, fries something like that and you can easily be sold the beverages, Make it happaning, In UAE its very easy to do this kind of promotion specially if its in dubai, Before you organize make sure you pass the leaflets in advance
